A new concept by the tent pitchers to entice the corporates. A tented conference hall can be erected as per the demand & the sitting arrangements in the desired style. Check-into the camp at around 15hrs.or at lunch. Post lunch relax for 1-2 hrs. Ready to ride the camels to watch the glowing sunset. Spend some time on the top on the dunes. Come back to the camp by the same camels. Light snacks tea/coffee shall be served . live dances to lit the evening. Bonfire to sit around. Dinner &overnight stay at the camp.
Breakfast at the camp. Post breakfast conference as per your schedule. Tea/coffee during the conference. in the evening camel riding to the dunes but not to the dunes you visited yesterday. Come back to the camp & enjoy the same entertainments. Overnight stay at the camp.
Post breakfast proceed to the city to visit the monuments. Take 2-3 hrs. to visit the monuments. Lunch at the city at a pre-decided venue. Post lunch proceed to the camp. Here one can have an option to change the camp just to avoid monotony. A nearby camp can be hired with the similar facilities. Performance can be different from the previous night just for a change. This is an itinerary of 03night at the camp with the meals mentioned as above.

The package does not include:- Transportation to & fro the camp. ( can be arranged at an additional cost) Royal welcome is inclusive in the above rates as well as conference equipment viz, projector, podium, white board, collar mike & cordless mikes.
We do have a capacity to accommodate 60 persons on dbl occupancy basis & 90 pax in triple occupancy basis. More than the housing capacity can be accommodated nearby camp/s All the camp are nearby but our camp is at an isolated place.
